Returns, Exchange and Cancellations Policy

At ZYBE, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • The product is in original condition with tags and packaging intact

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Products that fail quality checks will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Innerwear and socks (for hygiene reasons)

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged or defective)

  • Customized or made-to-order products


3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed once per order, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are applicable for size or defective items only.

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at info@zybe.in

  2. Mention your order ID and reason for return

  3. Share clear images/videos of the product if requested

Once approved, return instructions will be shared.


5. Return Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable.

  • In case reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may need to self-ship the product.

  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective or damaged.


6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • To cancel an order, email us immediately at info@zybe.in with your order ID.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging

  • Replacement or refund will be arranged at no additional cost


9. Refusal of Returns

ZYBE reserves the right to refuse returns if:

  • The product shows signs of use or damage

  • Tags or packaging are missing

  • Return requests are raised after the specified period


10. Policy Updates

ZYBE reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
